Who operates Onde

Onde is operated by ANIMA SAS, with registered office at 35 rue Saint-Placide, 75006 Paris, France. RCS Paris 984 292 961. Variable share capital, minimum €1,000. VAT number FR45984292961. The application is hosted by Railway Corp.; account data is hosted through Supabase. Cloudflare provides domain and network services.

Watch, create and explore

Published films are free to watch. Creating a film or directing a new dimension uses prepaid credits. You need an account and must be at least 18 to purchase or use paid generation. Protect your sign-in details and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Films, images, voices and suggestions are generated using AI. Outputs can contain visual mistakes, fictional claims or unexpected results. Review a creation before relying on it or sharing it. The service does not guarantee factual accuracy, exclusivity, copyright protection or a particular artistic result.

Credits and your spending limit

Credit packs start at $5 USD, with applicable taxes included. One credit represents $0.01 of service value. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or spent outside Onde. You may give credits to a new member through Onde’s invitation feature as described below. There is no subscription or automatic recharge at launch.

For new Turbo creations from 9 September 2026, one minute costs 500 credits ($5), including its screenplay, generated reference images and three written continuation choices. Other chosen lengths are priced proportionally. Standalone dictation and optional AI rewriting use additional credits; their confirmed usage appears in your wallet. An existing generation reservation keeps the price accepted when it was created.

Before generation, you see the price and confirm a spending limit. Reserved credits are set aside while work runs. A prepaid longer film can continue through its purchased minutes; adding more time requires a new confirmation. Unused reserved credits are returned when the outcome is confirmed.

You can stop a creation. Only successfully saved, requested footage is charged proportionally, including a clip already submitted when you stop that subsequently finishes. Failed preparation does not incur a video charge, and provider padding beyond the requested duration is not charged as extra footage. A provider request with an unknown outcome is checked before being retried or settled, to avoid duplicate charges. Contact us if a reservation remains unresolved.

Refunds and consumer rights

You may request a refund of unused purchased credits within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@onde.world with your account email and payment reference. Starting generation is an express request for immediate performance of that part of the service; only the service actually supplied is deducted from a withdrawal refund. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or legal guarantees for digital services, including remedies for a service that is not supplied or is not in conformity. Report a technical failure or disputed charge so we can investigate and provide the remedy due.

For a withdrawal request, you may use: “I withdraw from my purchase of Onde credits made on [date], order [reference], under the email [email]. Name and date: [details].” Send it to the contact above. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Community backing and credit waves

Community backing is a one-time, tax-inclusive payment from $20 USD. Brand details require approval before payment. Confirmed cumulative contributions determine rank and the proportional share of eligible sponsor appearances across Onde. Positions have no weekly expiry and change as contributions change. We do not guarantee clicks, impressions, traffic or a permanent position. A sponsor’s link is optional for viewers; clicking earns no credits. Changes to brand details require a new review.

50% of confirmed contributions, including any tax, funds the community credit pool. Refunds and disputes reduce eligible funding and visibility. Onde releases the pool in manually announced waves. The operator selects each wave’s amount and recipients; by default, all registered members share equally, including previous recipients. Guest sessions and accounts under payment restriction are excluded. Preparing a wave does not distribute credits. There is no automatic payout, fixed schedule or guaranteed amount per account. Sponsored credits are creation allowance, not cash.

Invitation gifts

A member may reserve available credits in a private invitation link for someone who has not yet registered when the invitation is created. The recipient must verify their email to claim the gift. Each link can be claimed once, and a new member can claim one welcome gift. The sender receives no extra reward. Unclaimed gifts return to the sender’s balance after 30 days or on cancellation. Claimed gifts cannot be recalled through the invitation screen. Keep the link private: the first eligible person with it may claim it. Gifts are transfers of existing credits, not new credits or cash, and remain subject to account and payment-fraud controls. Mandatory refund rights are unaffected; contact support to resolve a refund involving gifted credits.

Your work and shared dimensions

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs and outputs. Upload only material you own or are entitled to use, including the likeness and voice of any identifiable person. Do not impersonate people deceptively or use private recordings without permission.

Private films are accessible to you and to the providers needed to operate the service. Publishing a film makes it available to everyone. By publishing, you grant Onde permission to host, display, distribute and format that film for the service, with creator attribution. You also permit viewers to create and share alternate dimensions from the published film within Onde. Your original remains unchanged. Existing separately shared dimensions and copies may remain after you make the original private; statutory takedown rights still apply.

Publishing requires your explicit confirmation. Downloaded files and links may circulate outside the platform. AI outputs may resemble other outputs; do not assume you receive exclusive rights.

Content and reports

Do not create or share illegal material, child sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, threats, fraud, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not bypass access controls or disrupt the service. We may restrict a creation or account where necessary to address abuse, legal obligations or payment fraud, and will explain the reason where permitted.

Use the report control on a film or email hello@onde.world. Include the film URL, the issue, your contact details and, for a rights complaint, the rights involved. You may contest a moderation decision through the same contact. Credit adjustments and statutory remedies remain available when an error is confirmed.

Availability and changes

Onde is a new service. We may pause new generation during maintenance or provider interruptions; you will not be required to buy more credits to resolve our accounting error. Prices may change for future work, but an accepted generation reservation keeps its recorded pricing. We will provide notice of material changes to these terms.

French law applies without removing mandatory protections of your country of residence. Contact us first about a dispute. Courts and consumer remedies remain available as provided by applicable law.
